Business Development Manager – Specialist Property Finance

A well-established specialist finance provider with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry is expanding and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help grow its presence across the North.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role with genuine scope for progression. You’ll play a key part in originating and structuring deals while developing and strengthening broker relationships across the region. Longer term, there is clear potential to build and lead your own team.

The business focuses on short-term, flexible liquidity solutions within the commercial property sector, including streamlined, no-valuation products that are already gaining strong traction in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate new property finance business (bridging, development, specialist lending)

• Develop and expand a strong broker network across the North

• Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion

• Structure and package transactions with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to commercial strategy

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey

About You

• Proven track record in originating property finance business

• Strong broker relationships in the North and a desire to grow them further

• Comfortable operating autonomously within a growth-focused environment

• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by leadership progression

• Confident managing the full deal lifecycle

• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder

• Commercially aware with the ability to spot emerging opportunities
