Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE + Uncapped bonus

Are you experienced in secured lending and passionate about helping customers stay on top of their financial health? We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team, where you'll be responsible for contacting existing customers to complete their annual financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact existing customers to schedule and conduct full financial reviews.
• Effectively handle objections and ensure all customer queries are addressed.
• Review customers' financial situations, ensuring they are on track with their secured loans.
• Maintain a professional and personable approach, providing top-quality customer service.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in secured lending or a similar financial services role.
• Strong objection handling skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
• Experience in conducting full financial reviews and working with customers to assess their financial health.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
