Property Sales and Management Administrator

Are you looking to join a dynamic team where you can play a pivotal role in managing and selling repossessed properties? We are currently seeking an Asset Management Administration Executive to facilitate the swift and successful management and sale of properties.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange valuations, appraisals, and property inspections.
• Maintain detailed transaction records and property information sheets.
• Coordinate property cleaning and repairs in collaboration with Property Management Teams.
• Implement effective property marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and negotiate offers from potential buyers.
• Manage incoming invoices and review completion statements.
• Collaborate closely with litigation, accounts, and estate agent teams for seamless property sales.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sale progress from various parties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or asset management.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
