We are currently on the hunt for a Bridging Advisor to join a fast-growing mortgage business based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bolton. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.

The successful Bridging Advisor will be joining a high performing sales team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Bridging Advisor colleagues, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits.

As a Bridging Advisor you will be responsible for conducting high quality outbound sales calls to our customers and providing regulated advice to them, focussing on appropriate outcomes. Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers respond and go on to obtain the insurance product they require.

As a Bridging Advisor, you will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on a flexible shift basis, with one Saturday a month.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy sales environment, CeMap 1, working toward 2 and 3, Experience working with the bridging and/or development market, experience of broking/lending in the bridging market & current or recent experience in a regulated finance company

In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary, a funded CeMap , uncapped commission and additional perks for working for such a forward-thinking company.
